Wychodząc naprzeciw aktualnym wymaganiom rynku stolarki okiennej poszerzyliśmy naszą ofertę o kompleksowy system montażu okien w przestrzeni izolacji termicznej ścian budynków - SFS JB-D.

System ten dedykowany jest przede wszystkim do budynków energooszczędnych lub pasywnych, ale swoje zastosowanie może znaleźć również w standardowym budownictwie.

System JB-D umożliwia prawidłowe wykonanie montażu okien według wymagań stawianych w budownictwie energooszczędnym i pasywnym, zapewniając przy tym przejęcie wszystkich występujących obciążeń dynamicznych.

Główne zalety systemu:

  • regulowanie w trzech płaszczyznach ułatwiające kompensację różnic wymiarów budowlanych,
  • możliwość ustawienia w dowolnej płaszczyźnie, dostosowując ją odpowiednio do przewidywanego przebiegu izoterm,
  • montaż dużych i ciężkich okien – łatwo, szybko i bezpiecznie,
  • możliwe wysunięcie okien po za lico ściany aż do 150mm,
  • zwiększona nośność bez stosowania dodatkowych, kosztownych podkonstrukcji wsporczych,
  • możliwość wykonania prawidłowego, trójwarstwowego uszczelnienia stolarki okiennej.

System SFS JB-D to zespół odpowiednio zaprojektowanych konsol stalowych występujących w kilku możliwych wariantach, w zależności od głębokości osadzenia okien w warstwie izolacji budynku. Dodatkowo konsole dzielą się na elementy do montażu dolnej części ramy okiennej (Zdjęcie nr 9) oraz bocznych i górnej części ramy okiennej. W zależności od wymiarów konstrukcji okiennej oraz przewidywanego miejsca osadzenia okna, nasi projektanci dobiorą odpowiednie elementy.
