Czasy, w których kolorystyka stolarki otworowej nie miała znaczenia na szczęście dawno już minęły. Oba kolory różnią się od siebie tonacją. Pierwszy z nich to ciemny odcień szarości, wpadający w grafit, natomiast drugi kolor bardziej stonowany, przypomina stal.
