Z początkiem stycznia 2019 roku Paweł Bielak został powołany na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu Vetrex, które do tej pory piastował Marc Bonjour. Przedsiębiorstwo pozostaje w rękach francuskiej Grupy Liebot – największego w Europie producenta okien, drzwi i fasad, skupiającego w swoich strukturach 10 spółek we Francji, Polsce i Hiszpanii.

Paweł Bielak, który przez ostatnie 6 lat  zarządzał firmą Inwido Polska SA – odpowiedzialnej za sprzedaż produktów sygnowanych logo Sokółka Okna i Drzwi SA, przejmuje również obowiązki po ustępującym z funkcji Wiceprezesa Zarządu Vetrex Danielu Malinowskim.

Vetrex to firma z bardzo dobrym wizerunkiem na rynku stolarki otworowej, oferująca produkty wysokiej jakości wraz z fachowym montażem i serwisem, dlatego cieszę się, że powierzono mi zadanie zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem tej klasy. Mam nadzieję, że moje dotychczasowe doświadczenie w branży okaże się przydatne i dalej będę mógł wzmacniać pozycję marki w segmencie premium - stwierdził Paweł Bielak.

Swoje doświadczenie menadżerskie Paweł Bielak zdobywał również w takich firmach jak Papyrus, czy Kappa Warsaw, gdzie pełnił funkcję Dyrektora Zarządzającego. Jest absolwentem wydziału ekonomicznego Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu i studiów MBA na  Nottingham Trent University.
